The risks of contracting Covid-19 at live events still exist and ticket buyers are aware that they take responsibility for these risks.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of our site of the personal data that we will collect and the following information, where applicable:

TERMS OF SALES

CONTRACT

Any ticket purchased or otherwise acquired (“Purchased”) through THE END or DICE.FM is subject to:

– to these Conditions of Sale

– to our Terms of Use

– to our Privacy Policy

– to any additional conditions and to the conditions of the agent selling the tickets and those of the room hosting the evening concerned, available on their websites

By acquiring a ticket, you obtain the right to attend the event concerned.

After purchasing a ticket as well as on the day of the event, you will receive a confirmation on the email address provided during your registration containing additional details regarding the event. It is your responsibility to check these details carefully before the event. It is required to enter the hall and must be presented upon request by each ticket holder. Note that for some events, a printed ticket may be provided to you. In these circumstances, we will inform you by email of the procedures for receiving or collecting your tickets. You may be asked by the venue to confirm your identity and/or age by showing ID for events with age restrictions.

CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Once you have purchased a ticket, it cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the following circumstances:

– If the event is cancelled. THE END and DICE will arrange full refunds for ticket holders.

– If the event is postponed, ticket holders will have the option of exchanging their existing tickets for tickets for the new event date or receiving a full refund,

We will not refund the price of tickets Purchased after an event has taken place. You will not be entitled to any refund if you do not attend an event or if you make a mistake when purchasing tickets.

PRICES AND FEES

The price of the ticket(s) or Non-Ticket Goods includes VAT and will be the price shown on the order pages when you place your order. The price of a ticket may go up or down over time, but you will pay the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the price of the ticket(s) or Non-Ticket Item(s) displayed on our services is correct. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will contact you to offer you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. We will use the payment method used for payment of the order to make the debit or refund. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we treat your order as cancelled.

If you need an invoice including VAT for the purchase of a ticket (or tickets), you must contact contact@theendparis.com and ask us for the said invoice. 

ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

You are responsible for reviewing the event details prior to purchasing a ticket to verify whether the artist, date, time, venue, age limit, and any other event restrictions you are correct and acceptable. You will not be eligible to receive a refund if such restrictions prevent you from attending an event.

RESPONSIBILITY

THE END assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased from third parties or unofficial outlets. THE END is not responsible for any price difference with other media or distribution channels.

THE END is not responsible for:

– loss or theft of personal mobile devices, and for any ticket stored in a stolen or lost device or printed tickets.

– any personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality related to participation or an event. Neither we nor the relevant Event Partners can be held liable to you for any lack of enjoyment or unnecessary expense incurred.

– all bank or exchange charges incurred by you in the normal course of payment or reimbursement.

These Terms of Sale do not exclude our liability to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, fraud or any other circumstance for which such liability cannot be legally excluded or limited.

COVID-19

‘Covid-19’ is attributed to: the worldwide pandemic of the coronavirus respiratory disease known as COVID-19 and the coronavirus virus-related severe breathing syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (and each additional wave as a result of this virus). There is a risk of transmission of Covid-19 in any environment where people gather together. This risk increases in enclosed spaces with a large number of people. 

By purchasing a ticket for an event, you accept that neither THE END nor the Event Partners guarantees that you will not be exposed to Covid-19. You voluntarily accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting or spreading Covid-19. You agree that THE END and the event partners are not responsible for any illness, injury or death resulting from the causes of Covid-19.  

You also agree:

– To respect the health and safety protocols put in place by the promoter of the event (which can be modified at any time according to the latest legislation or current directive, or if necessary). These protocols may be communicated to you via various media including but not limited to: the event promoter’s website, in the signage of the event room or by the event management team. 

– To respect government directives in order to fight against the transmission of Covid-19; 

– Not to participate in the event and not to enter the room if you think you have been infected with Covid-19.

ACCESS TO THE ROOMS

Your purchase of a ticket for an event. will grant you a revocable personal license from the Event Partner to attend the event, always subject to the terms and conditions specified in these Terms of Sale. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that the Event Partner reserves the right, on reasonable and legal grounds, to refuse entry to, or expel from the premises any holder of ticket(s) without obligation to offer a refund. or any other compensation. By way of example, the Event Partner may expel a Ticket holder who:

 

– behaved in a way that, in the Event Partner’s reasonable opinion, has, or is likely to, affect the satisfaction of other spectators; Where

– makes threatening, abusive or insulting comments or behaves in a threatening, abusive or insulting or provocative manner or in a way that could disturb public order; Where

in the reasonable judgment of the Event Partner, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol; Where

– cannot, when asked, provide proof of identity or age (if required)

 

By accepting these Terms of Sale, you acknowledge that THE END disclaims all liability if entry to an event. you are denied or if you are blocked or expelled from an event by the Event Partner or for any actions or inactions of the Event Partner.

SUSPECTED FRAUD

We have the right to cancel or render unusable your tickets and issue a full refund of payment to the relevant credit card holder if your purchase is suspected of being fraudulent and/or if we have reason to suspect that your tickets were purchased via a stolen credit card (the “Suspected Fraud”). 

Where the preceding Clause applies, we are not obliged to notify you of the removal or refund, nor provide you with details of the Suspected Fraud. 

We want to ensure that people committing fraud are not notified of our investigation. If you believe that your tickets have been incorrectly deleted due to Suspected Fraud, you can contest the deletion by contacting our customer service at contact@theendparis.com

GENERAL

Certain events may be recorded for commercial and/or promotional purposes by THE END and/or the Event Partners. By accessing the room or the show, you consent to your image being used in this way.

THE END reserves the right to obtain photographs, audio or video recordings of all events for which THE END makes tickets available. By accessing the room or the show, you consent to your image being used in this way. We may reproduce and/or publish your image on our website, and in other promotional materials, social media and other THE END-related materials.

Except for Event Partners, who are entitled to enforce any right expressly granted to them, no one other than a party to these Terms of Sale has any right to enforce any provision hereof.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with French law and any dispute arising from any transaction with THE END is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
